Service Description
The cost of the program is monthly, which breaks it down to $39.60 per in person/virtual session. This service is for individuals who want to train three times a week with a trainer, either in-person or virtually. Each workout will be customized to your specific goals and fitness level. While you'll train with a trainer three times a week, the rest of your workouts will be planned for you to complete on your own. If you have any questions or need assistance, you'll have access to support whenever you need it.
Cancellation Policy
1. To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel no later than 3 days prior to the event. 2. Athletes are expected to show respect to those around them. Failure to do so may result in a call to their parent and removal from the site
