Cancellation Policy

Open Gym Liability Acknowledgment Participation in Open Gym activities is voluntary and involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury. By registering for and participating in Open Gym, you acknowledge and accept these risks. By signing up for Open Gym, you agree to release and hold harmless Confidently Fit LLC, its owners, coaches, staff, volunteers, the facility, and the gym where activities are held from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or injuries that may occur as a result of participation, except where prohibited by applicable law or caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct. By completing your registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these terms.
